    The worst dental experience we've ever had. Sadly,I did not see the reviews for All Dental of Menifee before my husband's experience, or I would have stayed as far away from this place as possible.My husband had a broken tooth, that unfortunately was beyond saving and just needed to be pulled. My husband arrived to his initial apt and checked in. When they took him back for the x-rays, they only x-rayed one side of his mouth before taking him to the dental chair. The dentist examined my husbands tooth and informed him he thought he could save the tooth with a root canal, which my husband told him he wasn't interested in saving it, that he just wanted it pulled at this point. The tooth had been causing him extreme pain, and was severely broken. The dentist left the office, and that is when Kathy came in, explaining how the dentist wants to do a root canal, and not to worry about it because our insurance will pay for everything. She then proceeds to tell him that the root canal is going to take four, yes four, visits for the dentist to complete. Now I'm not a dentist, but I've had a root canal before, and it's never taken more then one visit to complete. My husband then proceeds to tell her the same thing he expressed to the dentist that he does not want a root canal, only wants the tooth to be pulled. Kathy informs him that they are not going to pull a perfectly healthy tooth that can be saved, and they will only perform a root canal, and that it's not a big deal because our insurance will pay for everything. My husband arrived for his next apt the following week to have his tooth pulled, and the minute he checks in the receptionist starts pressuring him for a root canal, my husband declines again. They take him back to the room, and before they numb him, another female worker comes in and again pressures him to have a root canal done, that they can do it right then and save his tooth. By this point the tooth has turned black and is so loose it was ready to fall out at any moment, so it was beyond saving. He declines again, saying he just wants it pulled. They numb up his mouth, and a third, yes THIRD, female worker comes into the room pressuring him for a root canal, that our insurance will pay for everything, and he has to stay handsome looking for the ladies. That he is too young to loose a tooth, and he has to have an attractive smile for the ladies. My husband declines the root canal again, and at this point voices his frustration to them.They assure him that the dentist is coming in to pull it at any moment, and they proceed to go into the next room, where my husband can hear them, and they start talking badly about my husband and how they don't understand why he doesn't want a root canal.The dentist pulled the tooth, but in do doing so caused nerve damage. My husband ended up in the most extreme pain of his life that night, to the point he was going to have me call 911. I'm not sure what the dentist did, but my husband has had plenty of dental work in the past, and has never experienced pain to that magnitude. They sent him home without any pain medication, and just two small pieces of gaze that did not cover his bleeding. I called the office the next morning to request high dosage of ibuprofen, and to my luck Kathy answered the phone. She was extremely rude, and tried to tell me that they already gave him a prescription. I argued on the phone with her for several minutes, and informed her that the dentist did not give him a prescription the day before, that he only gave him a prescription the week prior at his initial visit. Once she realized her mistake, she then informed me, "You know you can buy that at the store", yes Kathy I know I can, but not 800mg. I informed her my husband experienced extreme pain,that the dentist must have hit a nerve because he's never been in this much pain, and over the counter ibuprofen will not work. My husband was left with extreme pain and two cavities that were completely missed by this dentist & his staff. Please use our experience to save yourself the trouble.
