  Actually this is kim . I've had nothing but trouble with my accounts at this branch. My pins don't work so I can't use my debit card then the password I wanted as extra security on my account when I called in suddenly that had been changed and so did my security questions. My card with another account I had to hit card and they were to send out a new card. I've told them now 3 times that I haven't received the debit card for that one account. They don't care. They want to open accounts for you but help you with your account they are not as eager. They are nice but nice doesn't cut it in banking and bank fraud issues. I'm ready to close out all the accounts with Wells Fargo. They treat me like it's something I did. Which a is so not true. I'm guilty of being an excellent customer.
  Today I got mail that said they sent my requested item when I recently called in it was a a check book register book. I didn't order it. And I can't even call in to request anything the way it's messed up now. I'm sitting in the branch right now and it's 6pm. I've been here twenty minutes and I'm still waiting to be helped. I better not get the bums rush.
  
  Ok, well she was helpful but not very understanding of my concerns. There's something very wrong with my account. Oh and in order to change my pin she had to ask me questions. Someone changed my questions. And I opened the account in 2012 and by my house at time and she thinks that no one can change that kind of info. Yes they can because obviously they did. Basically she kept saying I must have forgot I called in and asked for a check register. 5 times I reminded her that someone changed my password when I call in to my bank. So I couldn't have called in to my bank. Doesn't anyone understand anything these days. What's wrong with the people at this bank. Someone changed my debit card pin. So they could also change my entire account info. Is it internal or internet? I'm filing a police report. Identity fraud.
