  My wife has a car there right now and it's taken almost an entire week to fix a 1 hour repair. They first told us it will be ready by Monday day since it's a small repair. This was told to us on Friday of last week. Monday comes around its not ready and they tell us for sure it will be ready by 5 on Tuesday. Then without apology they tell us on Tuesday that it won't be ready and for sure it will be done by Wednesday. Well here we are and guess what? It's still not ready, What's most upsetting is the people we have been talking to have been very unapologetic and clearly lack customer service skills. I understand things happen but we've been assured 3 separate times that it will be ready. Now there is clearly a word for this and that's called lying.

  I must say, these guys are the real deal. I recently brought in my 2017 Dodge charger Daytona 392. It was hit in the front. These guys did such an amazing job. Perfect in every detail. The color match was on point. It is green go, and a very hard color to match. Everyone there is dressed in business casual attire, and speak like professional people. They handled the insurance with out a glitch . I recommend this shop to everyone in need of a collision repair.
